In its 177th year, the Royal Norfolk Show organisers say this special event provides a unique opportunity to promote amazing food, farming and countryside, all while celebrating the wonderful county of Norfolk.

Open Farm Sunday is back for its 18th year. Today British farmers are opening doors to their farms, encouraging the public to participate in a range of rural activities.

Over 600 individual crop plots from 25 exhibitors will give Cereals visitors access to the very latest in crop breeding, protection, nutrition, and science.

On a dry April day in Haddiscoe, Norfolk, the team at Ben Burgess, together with a contingent from Väderstad, staged a working demonstration day of Väderstad drills and tillage machinery. Machinery editor Neale Byart was there.

Traction engines, vintage vehicles and beloved 4x4s will be showcased during this year’s Steam & Vintage and Land Rover Shows in Suffolk. Farmers Guide is delighted to be supporting the event. 

The third Brian Chester Tractor Road Run gathered more than 70 vintage tractors that drove through picturesque Yorkshire villages. The event raised over £1,100 for the Sir Robert Ogden MacMillan Centre at Harrogate Hospital.
