Doe Show 2024: An event not to be missed!

The Doe Show returns to Ulting, Essex on the 6th-8th February for the eagerly anticipated 64th edition. An entire marquee will be devoted to a range of CASE IH and New Holland tractors, with many more manufacturers on show.

The Doe Show, an iconic event in the agricultural, construction, and groundcare industries, has been a firm fixture in enthusiasts’ calendars since its inception in 1960.

Held annually during the first week of February, the Doe Show has evolved into the largest machinery dealer show in the UK. The show is located each year at its office in Ulting, Essex.

The Doe Show continues to grow in size, with its highest footfall anticipated in the 2024 edition. The event has become a pivotal platform for industry professionals, enthusiasts, and the general public alike.

New elements are added each year, the most recent of which is the groundcare zone and a dedicated fruit and viticulture section. These additions reflect the dynamic nature of the industries, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and innovations.

Attendees can explore over 150 trade stands this year free of charge, part of Ernest Doe’s plans to keep the event an accessible and enjoyable experience for all.

Major brands showcased at The Doe Show

At the heart of the event are the extensive display areas dedicated to leading manufacturers. The show prominently features two key industry names, Case IH and New Holland. Major manufacturers including Dalbo, Richard Western, Lemken, Horizon Agriculture, KRM, and Shelbourne Reynolds are showcased. The broad range of brands means there is an offering for each machinery application and setting.

The showground itself is a vibrant hub, hosting a wide array of trade stands inside the main marquee. From essential farming machinery and equipment to BBQs, boots and bird scarers, visitors can see and buy the latest products available on the market.

What you need to know about the day

Ernest Doe provides free entry, ample parking directly opposite the showground, and complimentary hot drinks and soup for all visitors.

Enthusiasts can witness the latest tractor models, including the New Holland T7.340 and New Holland T6 methane tractor, Case IH Optum AFS Connect, and Case IH Puma 260 CVX Drive, all demonstrating their capabilities.

A whole marquee is dedicated to each of the two key tractor franchises – Case IH and New Holland – and you can see the full range of products available from these industry leading brands. There is also a vintage tractor demonstration area, where the Doe Triple D takes centre stage, adding a nostalgic touch to the tractor lineup.

Mark your calendars

Make sure you mark your calendars for the 6–8th February, opening at 9am and closing at 4pm each day. Ernest Doe says “the Doe Show promises an unforgettable experience for everyone involved in or passionate about agriculture, construction, and groundcare. The 64th Doe Show truly stands as an event not to be missed, capturing the essence of innovation and tradition in the farming industry.”
