Kelvin Fletcher invites public to farm with him during special event
17th June 2024
Fans of the show Fletchers on the Farm will have a chance to feel like real farmers during an event that will be held on Kelvin and Liz Fletcher’s farm later this month.
The event called ‘Farm with the Fletchers’ will take place on Saturday 29th June.
Mr Fletcher said: “Ever wondered what it would be like? Always fancied yourself as a farmer? Well, come and join us and muck in.
“You’ll be rolling your sleeves up and doing all the jobs required to run a family farm.
“From mucking out to electric fencing and sheep handling to tractor driving, you’ll get a unique and hands-on experience whilst discovering new skills, learning and understanding more about farming. And, of course, having lots of fun.”
Lunch and light refreshments will be included. The event has a limited number of spaces. The minimum age for participants is seven.
Tickets cost £95 for adults and £60 for children between seven and 15 years old. They can be booked here.

Love for farming
Mr Fletcher and his family moved to the picturesque 18th-century farm located in the Peak District in 2021.
He said: “The idea of a life in the countryside seemed like a dream, but soon it became our reality. Learning the land, working hard, and envisioning a life sustained by the land became our new ambition.
“With each passing day, as our family grew, so did our love for farming. Despite the challenges that came our way, we embraced every moment with open arms, cherishing the experience wholeheartedly.
“And now, we’re excited to share this journey with you! Inspired by the beauty of our surroundings and the rhythms of farm life, we want to invite you to bring a piece of our world into yours.”
