The Doe Show is back!
31st January 2022
After a one-year hiatus, the UK’s largest agricultural, construction and groundcare machinery event makes a welcome return to the Ernest Doe headquarters in Ulting, Essex for the 62nd Doe Show.
The show will take place from Tuesday 1st February through to Thursday 3rd February, with a timed online auction, in association with Cheffins, running until Monday 7th February.
Graham Parker, sales director at Ernest Doe comments: “We are delighted to be able to stage a physical show this year and, following an incredibly successful collaboration with Cheffins last year, we are very pleased to be incorporating a timed online auction once again. There are no buyers’ fees – your winning bid is what you pay – and we are offering free delivery within our Doe trading area for all items over £2,500+vat.
“This will be our 62nd Doe Show and every year it just gets bigger and better. The auction element gives an exciting new dimension to the show with all the machinery on display and available for inspection and screens to monitor the progress of the bidding.”
Highlights of the auction include an ex-demonstration New Holland T8.435 Smartrac; a wide selection of new and unused cultivation equipment from Lemken, Dalbo, Bednar and more; and a range of ex-hire Case IH tractors.
The Doe Show also features over 150 suppliers. Visitors have the opportunity to talk to industry experts and see the very latest machinery from the leading agricultural, construction and groundcare machinery brands as well as picking up some fantastic bargains, organisers say. Working demonstrations in the field feature the newest machinery on the market as well as vintage classics including the crowd-pleasing Triple D.
Highlights at the 62nd Doe Show
In addition to a full range of Case IH machinery being on display, highlights in the Case IH marquee include:
- The new AFS Connect Optum 300CVX. Case IH product specialists will be on hand to explain all the features on this superb new model and demonstrating the full capabilities of Case IH Advanced Farming Systems including Telematics, real time data transfer and interface with farm management software
- A striking metallic black Case IH Puma 240CVX. This new St V LWB Puma is a definite must see
- A new Case IH LB 436 HD baler which achieves 22% greater bale density while maintaining throughput as compared to standard conventional balers and up to 15% more compared to the LB XL range
- Great deals available – free Autoguidance worth up to £5,000 on any Case IH Vestrum or larger tractor available for the duration of the show.
New Holland
The ever popular New Holland marquee will be filled with a full range of machinery and product experts on hand to offer advice and guidance. However, key highlights for 2022 include:
- One of the very first public showings of the new New Holland T7 Heavy Duty with PLM Intelligence, which offers the ultimate in efficiency and automation with a selection of the most innovative features. It is available in the luxury Blue Power version with its distinctive metallic midnight blue paint and exclusive branding.
- The world’s first 100% methane powered production tractor, the New Holland T6.180 will be on display at the Doe Show. Key to CO2 reduction without compromising performance, farmers can make use of agricultural or animal waste (as well as specifically-grown energy crops), to generate biomethane, which powers the tractor, which, in turn, helps to grow those very crops. Alternatively, refilling can be performed directly from the gas grid network or at specific biomethane stations.
Machinery clearance
In addition to over 600 lots in the auction, there are a number of implements and attachments that need to be sold at clearance prices, before the new spring stock arrives, so a great opportunity to grab a bargain!
