Experienced Territory Sales Manager

Crawfords Group is looking for an experienced territory sales manager to join its team in Hampshire.
As a territory sales manager, you will be the primary contact for existing and prospective customers within your assigned region. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting premium products and services, and recommending tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Working closely with the sales team and internal departments, you will aim to exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Regular reporting on performance and maintaining strong customer relationships are key aspects of this dynamic and rewarding position.
What are your responsibilities?
Once you join the team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
- Be able to identify business opportunities within your territory
- Present our premium products and services to prospective customers as well as identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets whilst maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Regularly report on your sales results to your line manager
- Work the hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5pm during Winter)
- Be required to work weekends (rota basis throughout harvest) and additional hours for harvest/shows.
What experience and attributes will I need?
- Excellent customer management skills to build long-lasting relationships
- Strong influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales
- A professional and personable manner that can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role as well as the focus and drive to continuously improve
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
