Establishing a platform for innovators, academics, growers, food processors, and retailers to collectively exchange ideas and best practices becomes pivotal in fostering sustained growth within the industry.
The event aims to bring together a diverse range of approaches to assess and discuss the challenges faced by the UK plant-based food sector.
