Ellisons Solicitors has merged with one of Suffolk’s leading agricultural law firms, Blocks Solicitors. The merger, which took place on 1st April 2020, unites the experienced agricultural team at Blocks with Ellisons’ existing rural specialists, offering unrivalled legal advice to the county’s farming businesses and landowners.
The Blocks Solicitors team will remain based at their offices on Arcade Street in Ipswich town centre, and will carry a new name – Ellisons Solicitors incorporating Blocks.
Current Equity Partners at Blocks, Andrew Fleming and Frances Barker, will continue as Partners.
Frances specialises in employment law and has experience in a wide variety of environments including agriculture. She has also been listed in the Legal 500 and has been referred to as a ‘highly-rated practitioner’.
