The AF Group has opened a new office in Braunston, near Daventry, Northamptonshire, as part of its strategy to expand throughout the UK.
The office opened in mid May and will allow the nationwide agricultural purchasing co-operative to forge stronger ties with members and suppliers outside its East Anglia base – as well as offer greater flexibility and accessibility for members to engage with AF.
Recently appointed livestock feed general manager Keith Snape will be based in the new office.
AF Group chief executive Jon Duffy said: “When we launched our five-year strategy we outlined our intentions to open regional offices to help support AF’s growth. I’m pleased to announce we are delivering this part of the strategy by opening the Northamptonshire office.
“This is an exciting new chapter for AF and it underlines our commitment to growth and expansion throughout the UK. It will allow us to forge stronger ties with suppliers and act as a focal point for increased membership.
“This new office demonstrates AF is a healthy and progressive business, which is evolving and advancing in line with our strategy.
“Continued growth is important to help us achieve even greater buying power and help our members to prosper – AF shines brightest when it is standing in the shadows of the success of our members.”
