Adama announces structural changes following retirement of director

Adama Agricultural Solutions UK Ltd. has announced a change to its organisational structure following the decision by current go to market director, Steve Beal, to retire.
Mr Beal, who leaves the company at the end of September, will be succeeded by Melanie Wardle, who moves up from her current role as fungicides product manager to become head of marketing for Adama UK.
At the same time, David Griffiths, who, in addition to his role as senior agronomy manager for the West of England and Ireland, will take on the role of field sales manager UK and Ireland to lead Adama’s regional agronomy team throughout the UK.
Hard work and dedication
Commenting on the changes, Ben Miles said: “On behalf of everyone within the Adama UK team, I would like to congratulate Mel and David on their new roles.
“I’d also like to take this opportunity to wish Steve all the very best for the future and to thank him for his hard work and dedication.
“Steve has been an invaluable member of our tight-knit team, and he will be greatly missed, not only for his professionalism, but also for his friendship and dependability.”
Adama is a supplier of crop protection products, including a full range of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, growth regulators and molluscicides.
The company supplies solutions to farmers across the full farming value chain, including crop protection, novel agricultural technologies and complementary non-crop businesses.
