Welsh farmer found dead in slurry tank

Tributes have been paid to a Welsh farmer who was found dead in a slurry tank after he was reported missing.
Islwyn Owen from Gwynedd was reported missing on 4th September and was found at his farm near Bala about 90 minutes later, BBC News reported.
Emergency services were called to the farm, but Mr Owen died at the scene.
The 67-year-old man was described as a “conscientious” and “busy” farmer.
Councillor for the Llanuwchllyn ward, Cllr Alan Jones Evans, told the BBC: “Islwyn was very well-known in the world of agriculture and further afield.
“He was a familiar face in every agricultural show and the whole community in this area, the news has come as a massive loss to the local community.”
In a funeral notice, his family described him as a “dear husband of Margaret, fond brother, brother-in-law, uncle and son-in-law..
His family said that Mr Owen will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
