Vincent Tractors announced death of its co-founder Esme Vincent

Family-run machinery dealership Vincent Tractors has announced the death of co-founder Esme Vincent.
The company’s team said that Mrs Vincent passed away peacefully at home on Friday 9th August at the age of 90.
She was a beloved wife of Ken Vincent for nearly 70 years, loving mother to Paul, Jacqui and the late son John.
Her family, including grandchildren and great-grandchildren, said that Mrs Vincent will be sadly missed.
A statement published by Vincent Tractors reads: “She will be greatly missed by friends and family, and many of our long standing customers and staff will also have many fond memories of Esme from over the years.”
The funeral service will be held at St Enoder Parish Church in Summercourt on Saturday 31st August at 10.30 am.
Husband and wife team
Vincent Tractors & Plant was founded by husband and wife team, Ken and Esme Vincent, in a tiny workshop in Summercourt, Cornwall.
The company moved to its current home in Fraddon in 1966, where it has continued to thrive and grow beyond the county. Mrs and Mr Vincent’s son Paul is now at the helm of the company.
The company is a supplier of the newest technology in agriculture, construction and ground-care across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset, with its four branches located in Fraddon, Holsworthy, Smithaleigh and Wellington.
