South of England Farming Technical Forum

The next South of England Farming Technical Forum is on Wednesday 12th July at 12.30pm – 1.30pm.

The forum will centre around the theme ‘Business Resilience’.

What should we focus on to continue to develop a more diverse and inclusive workforce?

Where do we feel the blockers are in our industry for lack of diversity?

What is needed for UK farming businesses to make the first, small steps to ensuring diversity is a priority within an individual business?
