Designed and built in the UK, and backed by decades of expertise, the Razorback range is the brainchild of a leading innovator in the industry, and first-hand farmer, Martin Lole.
The flagship Auto-Level self-levelling hedgecutter has been engineered to deliver a quality, durable and easy-to-use machine without compromising on useful features.
Incorporating revolutionary technology at operators’ fingertips, the Razorback Auto-Level benefits from a patented Co-Pilot device that self-levels the body of the machine over uneven terrain. It is this feature that awards users with increased productivity, a superior finish and minimises the need for continuous manual adjustments.
From the cab, operation is precise thanks to advanced electronic proportional controls which incorporate a 3-axis joystick. The main control box features rotor on/off, level sensitivity, and Auto-Level Co-Pilot on/off functions.
Operators can choose between a standard 5.5m reach machine or opt for the larger, 6.8m telescopic model and choose between a range of head options. Operators looking for a flail head solution can choose from the 1.2m and 1.5m flail head, both offering a SoftStart rotor fitted with heavy-duty forged hammer flails, whilst a cleverly designed hood maximises material intake for efficient cutting action.
Those who prefer a lighter head with a lower power requirement than a flail can fit their Auto-Level with the 1.5m Razorback rotary head. With three four-blade rotors on a vertical axis, blades are in full 360-degree contact with growth for a cleaner, faster cut. The rotary action and side deflectors ensure debris is contained by the hood, offering superior mulching and means considerably less material throw onto the road or tractor cab when compared to standard flail types.
