AGCO is investing a total of approximately £73.5 million to build an impressive new parts distribution centre in Amnéville, just 7.5 miles from its historical parts site at Ennery, on the outskirts of Metz, France.

The low-emission, sustainable facility will primarily serve Europe and the Middle East markets and be the master depot for supplying parts into North America, South America and Asia Pacific from Europe. The new logistics setup is due to be operational by the end of 2026, improving parts supply to UK farmers and dealers.

The centre will span 84,000m² under cover on a 200,000m² site. Over the past 30 years, the current Ennery site has expanded to accommodate the growth of AGCO and its leading brands; Fendt, Massey Ferguson, PTx and Valtra.

The new facility will continue to serve all AGCO brands by consolidating five facilities into one operation with enhanced environmental, safety and operational excellence, AGCO says, including 24/7 ecommerce parts ordering for dealers and farmers.

AGCO will also utilise modern technologies, including the most advanced scanning equipment and automated storage and packaging systems to boost order fulfilment.
